Resolving Prescriptions Stuck in Queue (Workbench)
To resolve a prescription that is stuck on the Workbench and needs to be either Complete or Cancelled, do the following:
- Highlight the prescription from the Workbench.
 
                            
                        
- Select Rx > RxStatusChange.
 - Select either Complete or Cancelled. A validation prompt appears.
 
                            
                        
- Select the Yes button. The prescriptions will be moved to the Completed tab.
